What I’ve Been Up To Lately with Elemental Wellness 🌿

If you’ve been wondering what’s been happening behind the scenes over here… imagine a little apothecary of movement, breath, and quiet magic steadily bubbling away. That’s been my world lately.

Not louder. Not busier for the sake of it.
Just… deeper.

The Evolution of My Classes 🌙

My Special Souls classes have really settled into their rhythm, and it’s been incredible to witness.

Each class has its own personality now:

  • Yoga for Special Souls (Mondays 4:30)
    Grounded, steady, familiar. Movement that feels safe. Predictable in the best way.

  • Music & Movement (Tuesdays 4:30)
    A little more spark. Dancing, shaking, letting the body speak before the mind jumps in.

  • Once Upon a Stretch (Wednesdays 3:30)
    Where imagination and movement meet. We
    become the story… then soften into stillness.

Every class begins with movement
because the body needs to
express before it can exhale

And then… the hammocks.

The shift is always the same and always different
from busy → to still
from guarded → to safe

It’s one of my favorite things to witness.

Nervous System Work is Becoming the Heart of Everything 🫀

More and more, everything I offer is circling around one thing:

helping people feel safe in their bodies again

Not just flexible
Not just “relaxed”

But regulated.
Grounded.
At home.

This shows up in:

  • breathing techniques

  • gentle tapping

  • guided rest

  • sensory-friendly environments

  • and honestly… just slowing everything down

Because most people aren’t looking for more intensity
they’re looking for relief

Private Sessions Are Getting More Personal 🕊️

I’ve been leaning deeper into private yoga and Reiki sessions, and these have become some of the most meaningful parts of my work.

I come to you
massage table, calming setup, everything

No rushing
No overstimulation
No pressure to “perform” anything

Just space to:

  • release tension

  • reset your nervous system

  • and reconnect with your body without distraction

Sometimes we move
Sometimes we don’t

Sometimes the most powerful thing we do… is rest

Expanding Beyond the Studio 🌊

I’ve also been building more events, workshops, and collaborations, which feels like opening the windows and letting fresh air into everything.

From:

  • group Reiki sessions

  • to yoga events

  • to creative workshops

These are less about “taking a class”
and more about
having an experience

Something you feel after you leave

Creating More Content & Connection 🎙️

Behind the scenes, I’ve been pouring energy into:

  • meditation recordings

  • story-based relaxation content

  • building out my online offerings

  • and finding ways to reach more people virtually

Because as much as I love in-person work…
I also want this to reach someone sitting on their couch at 9pm thinking:

“I just need something to help me calm down.”

Where I’m Heading Next ✨

If I had to put it simply, everything is moving toward:

  • more accessibility

  • more nervous system support

  • more depth, less noise

  • and more ways to help people feel like themselves again

Less “doing more”
More
doing what actually works
