What is Reiki?

During a session, you simply rest while I guide energy through light touch, allowing your nervous system to shift from fight or flight into deep calm.

Many describe it as warmth, tingling, or waves of peace moving through the body.

It is not about fixing. It is about remembering your natural state of harmony.
