Special Souls Classes

Held privately at Elemental Pilates in Monroe, this beautifully renovated space offers plenty of room to move, explore, and relax. With hammocks gently swaying, cosmic lights glowing above, soft mats on the floor, and music and stories filling the room.

Our Special Souls classes blend gentle yoga, playful mindfulness, breathing exercises, and hammock relaxation to create a joyful, calming experience where every participant can stretch, unwind, and shine in their own way.

Special Souls Classes

Special Souls Classes are thoughtfully designed movement and relaxation sessions for individuals of all abilities. Each 45-minute class blends light movement with deep nervous system support, creating a space where students can feel safe, engaged, and at ease.

Every class begins with movement, this might look like yoga, dancing, stretching, or even a little jumping to shake out the day. From there, we transition into the favorite part for many: hammock relaxation. Cocooned in soft fabric with calming lights, students are guided through breathwork, gentle tapping, and grounding techniques that help regulate the body and mind.

We close with a unique and meaningful storytime experience, often woven with real-life themes like emotions, confidence, or navigating everyday challenges, giving students tools they can carry beyond the class.

Meet Katie Hoss

Once a wilderness guide in the mountains of Utah, Katie has always led people to places of peace—first under open skies, and now in the soft sway of hammocks. She blends yoga, meditation, and Reiki into her signature Hammock Healing sessions, where every body can relax, recharge, and feel truly seen. Katie’s passion is creating spaces where stress melts, confidence blooms, and every student leaves a little lighter than they arrived.

Katie also brings her heart and expertise to her Special Souls classes, designed for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. In these sensory-friendly sessions, movement, music, and mindfulness come together to create an environment where everyone can explore their body, find calm, and express joy in their own way. With patience, creativity, and genuine care, Katie makes each class an uplifting experience that celebrates every unique soul.
