“Danger! Panic! There’s definitely a saber-toothed tiger nearby!”
Except there isn’t. It’s just…
• 37 unread emails
• A sink full of dishes
• And your kid asking for snacks for the seventh time today

The One-Minute Fix
Good news: You can tame your inner espresso squirrel in 60 seconds or less with a simple nervous system reset. Here’s how:
1. Sit or stand comfortably.
Feet on the floor. Imagine you’re a calm, grounded oak tree.
2. Inhale through your nose for 4.
Feel your ribs expand like your lungs are giving your heart a gentle hug.
3. Hold for 4.
Just a soft pause—tell your body, “We’re safe.”
4. Exhale for 6.
Through your mouth, like you’re slowly blowing out birthday candles.
5. Repeat for 5 rounds.
Watch your shoulders drop, your heartbeat slow, and that squirrel finally… chill out.
