Reiki Healing Session

That’s where Reiki comes in.

With in-person Reiki, Katie brings the experience directly to you. She arrives with her massage table and creates a calm, comfortable space right in your home so you can fully let go without having to go anywhere.

During your 45-minute session, you’ll rest while gentle energy work helps calm your nervous system, release tension, and bring your body back into balance. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed.

Sessions are available throughout the Hudson Valley.
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
